FORMATIVE EARLY YEARS
For Eileen Pomales Ortiz of San Juan, PR, there is a common thread that’s been woven throughout her life: faith.¹ It started as a young child where Eileen grew up in a large, loving family. Her father was a pastor. When she lost her mother, at age 11, it was faith in God — specifically in heaven — that sustained her family through those dark days.

BUILDING A CAREER
As an adult, Eileen held traditional homemaking roles, but it wasn’t until 2022 that she felt God nudging her to build her own Primerica business.^{2, 3} She had experience in accounting so Primerica’s financial concepts, products, and solutions allowed her to leverage her math skills and money know-how to create a career in which she could set her own goals and be her own boss. “I was familiar with the Company and even became a licensed Representative years ago, but it wasn’t until 2022 that I knew it was my time to shine,” she explains.⁴

Eileen’s faith continues to inspire her today, one family or team member at a time. “My greatest influence is my Creator,” she says. “I communicate with God constantly throughout the day as I work. I want to be obedient, firm, and clear about who I am, and the woman God wants me to be. That is my greatest motivation. It helps me to serve my team and clients with purpose and passion.”

With her career success firmly established, Eileen says she now has peace of mind and a sense of satisfaction. “When I go to my heavenly home, what I’ve built with my own hands, will continue and impact countless lives — those of my family, my team and clients,” she says. “With God’s blessing, we see many fruits.”
