Seeking Second Chances

Lito & Lilli Eusebio
Riverside, CA
Former Occupation: Banking

For many people, a job is simply a means to an end. For others, a career can be a life-defining passion and purpose. Lito & Lilli Eusebio, of Riverside, CA, have both found their life’s calling through their careers with Primerica.1. 2  They say it wasn’t always easy, but their persistence, focus and adaptability propelled them to success. These powerful leaders focused on their goals and always looked out for the most impactful thing: second chances.

Lito was born and raised in the Philippines and lived with his parents and six siblings. He says his drive and determination were ingrained in him from a young age. His parents were hardworking individuals with little education, but big dreams. They worked various jobs to ensure their children could further their education, and Lito got his degree in accounting from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He moved to the United States in 1981 with his entire family to pursue new ventures.

FINDING PRIMERICA
Lito first signed his Primerica Independent Business Application in 1982, but didn’t initially stick with it, quitting shortly after to continue working in banking. The second time around, something was different. In 1994, Lito rejoined and never looked back. He was initially drawn to Primerica to educate himself and help his family with the financial concepts that Primerica offered.

“This was a way to help myself, my family and then my community,” states Lito. “We were quickly able to identify how we wanted to grow our business.3 Helping our community was a big factor in what we did and how we did it. We are very passionate about teaching strategies and getting others to achieve their goals.4 When your community is working to better themselves, you can only get better, too.”

LOOKING OUTWARD
While Lito and Lilli have been successful within their own business, they have made it a priority to pay it forward and continue to educate, inspire and support their community.

“We worked together with our Toastmasters local chapter and participated in their high school career day,” Lito says proudly. “If we can educate these younger generations, we can raise and develop successful adults. What makes Primerica different is we do what’s right and we feel good about it.”
