Inspired to Leave an Impact
Bryan & Michelle McClure of Queen Creek, AZ, started their Primerica journey over 20 years ago. Still in college, Bryan quickly realized the potential opportunity to create his own business with Primerica.

“In 2003, Michelle and I held our wedding reception at her cousin’s beautiful home in Gilbert, Arizona,” Bryan recalls. “The owners were Primerica Representatives. When we returned from our honeymoon, Michelle scheduled an appointment with them to go over our finances. After seeing their success first-hand, I happily agreed! As a broke college student about to start an internship at the airport, I saw the income opportunity right away and submitted my Independent Business Application. I started Primerica part-time while finishing my degree at Arizona State. After the 2005 Primerica Convention, we decided to have Michelle leave her job at the water company to help me build our business full-time.”1,2,3

A Light in the Community
The McClures not only value fostering success within their business, they are passionate about educating their community and devoting their time to leaving a lasting impression on their neighbors and clients, giving them the confidence to tackle their toughest financial questions. Their impact goes beyond providing financial education, they are steadfast believers in being a light in their community.

“From helping families and local businesses get on the right financial track, to giving teammates a legitimate shot to own their lives, we’ve been blessed to leave a lasting impact in our community,” Bryan says proudly. “We are passionate about being good neighbors by contributing our time and resources to our church and other non-profits. I also have the privilege of serving as a city council member in my hometown.”

Creating a Winning Environment
Bryan and Michelle strive to create an environment that helps their teammates overcome adversity and have the tools to continue growing their own businesses.

“Our mantra is ‘attitude determines your altitude,’” Bryan exclaims. “As we face challenges, we see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. We teach our team that we will be stronger after we get through tough times. This gives us strength and a hope that ‘the best is yet to come.’ We also understand that we are not alone and lean on the great relationships we have with our leaders and team.”
